Data Deletion Instructions

What data we may have

Depending on the services you used, Metronoms may have stored:

• Your contact details (name, email, phone, business name).
• OAuth access tokens issued by Meta, Google, or other connected platforms.
• Page or account metadata (Page ID, name, profile picture, category, follower counts).
• Posts, scheduled content, media assets, and comments you authorized us to manage.
• Insights, analytics, and reports generated for your account.
• Billing records and service correspondence.

We do not store your Facebook, Instagram, or Google passwords. Access is granted exclusively through OAuth tokens, which can be revoked at any time.

Option 1 — Remove the app from Facebook

You can revoke Metronoms’ access to your Facebook and Instagram data directly from your Facebook account in a few clicks:

1. Open Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Under the Active tab, locate “Metronoms” in the list.
3. Click Remove and confirm.
4. Optional: in the same dialog, tick “Also delete all your Metronoms activity” to ask Facebook to forward a deletion request to us.

Option 2 — Email us a deletion request

Send an email to privacy@metronoms.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• Your full name.
• The email address associated with your Metronoms account or inquiry.
• The Facebook Page, Instagram account, or business profile linked to the data (if applicable).
• Your Facebook User ID, if you know it.

Option 3 — Use our contact form

Prefer a form? Submit your request through our contact page and mention “Data Deletion Request” in your message. Please include the same identifying details listed in Option 2 so we can locate your records.

What happens next

1. Within 5 business days — we acknowledge receipt of your request and may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
2. Within 30 days — we delete your personal data from our active production systems, including any data received from Meta platforms.
3. Backups — residual copies in encrypted backups are securely overwritten on our standard rotation cycle (typically within 90 days).
4. Confirmation — we send you a written confirmation once deletion is complete.

We may retain a minimum amount of information where required by law (for example, invoicing and tax records) or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Any retained information is kept securely and used only for those limited purposes.
